Data Deletion — KOMpass
You can request deletion of your data related to KOMpass at any time.
Option A — Revoke access in Strava (recommended)
- Open your connected applications settings in Strava.
- Revoke KOMpass access.
After revocation, KOMpass can no longer access your data and active sessions are invalidated.
Option B — Direct request
Send an email to jeanbaptiste.delame@gmail.com with subject
Data deletion request - KOMpass and your Strava athlete identifier.
What is deleted
- Active authentication session data used by KOMpass.
- Strava-derived data stored in local browser cache by KOMpass.
- Any remaining account-linked processing data held by KOMpass for service operation.
Processing timeline
Requests are handled as quickly as possible. In normal operation, revocation effects are reflected promptly and Strava-derived cached data is cleared within a reasonable period (target: up to 48 hours for complete sync/cleanup propagation).
You can also delete local browser cache data immediately by logging out and clearing browser storage.
