KOMpass uses the Strava API to display segments and compute personalized recommendations. This page explains what data is processed, why it is processed, how long it is kept, and how you can request deletion.

Data is used only to provide KOMpass features: segment exploration, personalized scoring, and related insights. KOMpass does not use Strava data for advertising targeting, resale, brokerage, or AI/ML model training.

3) Access and disclosure rules

Strava data linked to your account is shown only to you within KOMpass. KOMpass does not disclose your Strava personal data to other end users.

4) Retention

“KOMpass does not maintain a long-term database of Strava activity or segment data. Strava-derived data is processed on demand and may be cached only for service performance and reliability, for no longer than 7 days. When access is revoked or deletion is requested, we stop processing immediately and purge remaining cached Strava-derived data as soon as possible.”

5) Security

KOMpass applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS transport and restricted cookie handling for authentication flows.

6) Sharing

Strava data is not sold or shared for advertising purposes. Processing follows the Strava API Agreement.
