Terms of Use — KOMpass

Last updated: February 17, 2026

KOMpass is a decision-support tool that helps you choose which effort to target today using Strava segments.

1) Service

The service is provided “as is”, without guarantees of absolute accuracy for scores, recommendations, weather data, or third-party data.

2) Strava account and authorization

Some features require connecting your Strava account through OAuth. You remain responsible for permissions granted and can revoke them from your Strava account at any time.

3) Third-party services

KOMpass depends on third-party services, including Strava. KOMpass is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Strava unless explicitly stated. Availability, performance, and content from third-party services may change at any time.

4) Data

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

5) Acceptable use

You agree not to use KOMpass in an abusive, unlawful, or policy-violating way, including violations of third-party terms (including Strava). You also agree not to attempt unauthorized access, automated abuse, scraping against protected services, or actions that could degrade service integrity.

6) Liability

KOMpass cannot be held liable for indirect losses, service interruptions, or consequences related to the use of third-party data.

7) Changes and termination

These terms may be updated from time to time. If you do not agree with an updated version, you should stop using KOMpass. Access to Strava-powered features may be suspended or terminated if authorization is revoked, if API conditions change, or if required for compliance.
